Having had Kickboxing bouts, making a documentary with 3 other women in australia about being in a male dominated sport, pushing my limits and believing anything is possible when you want it is exactly why i love training women.

This workshop is all about encouraging women to glove up, get fit, have fun, release stress, ignite the soul, build up confidence and courage, to be pushed and excel in there own fitness journey, to feel empowered and everyone of all fitness levels are welcome, you work at your pace.

We work to become stronger mentally physically and emotionally through boxing skills drills padwork teamwork.

Run in a private boxing gym in Hoppers Crossing where kids are welcome to come along while the mums train.
