This workshop is all about encouraging women to glove up, get fit, have fun, release stress, ignite the soul, build up confidence and courage, to be pushed and excel in there own fitness journey, to feel empowered and everyone of all fitness levels are welcome, you work at your pace.

We work to become stronger mentally physically and emotionally through boxing skills drills padwork teamwork.

Having had Kickboxing bouts, making a documentary with 3 other women in australia about being in a male dominated sport, pushing my limits and believing anything is possible, this is about showing women how powerful putting on the gloves is and how much of you can grow when you walk into a boxing gym just for us women, you will learn to trust the process of training and build up your confidence self esteem learn all aspects of training, get fit, burn off stress, let go of anxiety, and most of all have a great time getting in shape meeting new people along the way and going at your pace.
